This exeter finance lawsuit was a few years ago but I still remember it well. I’m a fan of the show and it was a really entertaining and informative show.
Basically the exeter finance lawsuit was a lawsuit filed against the city of Exeter, New Hampshire, because the city failed to pay taxes to the exeter finance company. The case was settled over a year ago, but the city is still trying to collect the money.
Here are my two cents: The city is claiming that it was the exeter finance company that failed to pay taxes. Exeter finance companies are companies that were created by the City of Exeter to help with the tax payments for the city of Exeter. The plaintiff in the case was the City of Exeter. If you think the city of Exeter is a bad company, you’re right. But if you think the City of Exeter is a good company, you’re also right.
This is probably the largest tax collection case in Maine history and we don’t even know if anyone is going to be getting the money. The City of Exeter was ordered to pay $1,000 for each of the two people who filed the lawsuit, and the City is trying to collect the funds. The City is claiming that it was the exeter finance company that failed to pay taxes.
It was the City of Exeter Finance Company that filed the lawsuit, claiming it owed millions of dollars in taxes, and the City was only going to pay a measly 1,000,00. But Exeter Finance is now saying that its the city of Exeter that owes them the money, and it’s not the city of Exeter. Its the City of Exeter Finance Company that was sued by the City of Exeter, not the city of Exeter itself.
In Exeter Finance’s lawsuit it was claimed that Exeter Finance failed to pay taxes on lots 2 & 3 of the Riverbank Centre in 2006, and therefore these lots are now owned by Exeter Finance, which means the City of Exeter didn’t actually take the taxes. As a result it is now owned by a different entity, so the City is trying to collect the taxes.
The problem with this lawsuit is that the City of Exeter does not have any legal standing to represent the City of Exeter Finance Company at all. The City of Exeter Finance is owned by the City, and Exeter Finance is not a separate legal entity.
I’m not sure how anyone can argue that the City of Exeter Finance Company is an independent entity. Exeter Finance is part of the City of Exeter, so the City of Exeter is the entity that owns it. Of course that doesn’t mean the City of Exeter Finance Company does not have any legal standing. The City of Exeter Finance Company is owned by the City of Exeter.
In other news, the City of Exeter Finance Company is suing our company. The City is claiming that our company is a monopoly and that the City of Exeter is not allowed to compete. This is the second lawsuit that we have filed against the City of Exeter Finance Company. In the first case we successfully claimed that the City of Exeter Finance Company was allowed to bid on our contracts because Exeter Finance is a “special purpose” city that is exempt from competitive bidding.
Exeter Finance is a special purpose city that is exempt from competitive bidding. This means that the City of Exeter Finance Company is allowed to bid on any of our contracts. We believe that this is unfair competition in the context of competition (and since Exeter Finance is just a tax exempt company, it’s a form of monopoly). We filed this lawsuit because it appears that the City of Exeter Finance Company is not allowed to compete.
