Of course, this being the internet generation, you’ll never know for sure which way the tides are going to go so you’ll have to trust your gut on this one.
If you do decide to live here, you will probably spend the first few years trying to sell or rent a place here. There are a lot of great places to rent and sell real estate. I think the only one that comes to mind is hilton head. The real estate agents are great and the area is so beautiful and secluded. The problem is that you have to be pretty rich to live here.

I’m not sure about the neighborhood, but I’m not really sure how big the market is for real estate in this area.
The hilton head business for sale has been around since the early 1990s, so that makes sense. The area is relatively small and doesn’t have any very big names. Hilton Head itself, though, is a tourist destination with a large number of hotels and resorts. The real estate agent who sold the estate to me was a woman who had been in the area since the 1970s and had a real estate license that showed that she’d been in the area since the 1950s.
