I think the best way to build a relationship with someone is to simply listen to them. If you are going to work together to build a better customer experience for your clients, then you need to start by listening to their problems. That way when they need something you can help them with, you can help them with it.

As business grows, service quality decreases and customer satisfaction increases. Most customers will tell you that the quality of their service has dropped in recent years. But does that mean that service quality is a bad thing? If it is, then you’ve got a problem, and that makes it much harder to be a good service provider. I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
