It’s not uncommon for emergency responders to have to deal with victims of accidents or crimes that are soaked in water.

This can take a big toll on the victim, and it creates an added challenge for the emergency personnel who must work quickly.

One thing they should never do is package wet clothes before drying them first.

Wet clothing will create mould and mildew when packaged, which could cause health problems if inhaled or touched by someone else later on down the line.

This is why it’s imperative to air dry anything wet before packaging.
