Architects are always looking for the perfect design when they start designing a building. What makes it so difficult is that there are many different factors to take into account. One of those factors is how the building will be used in relation to the environment, and another is what materials would best suit your vision.

Architects have their own advice on what they consider when designing a new building, but for now let’s focus on some of these common aspects: 1) The client’s needs: This includes understanding who will use the space and what type of activity will be taking place there. It also includes knowing whether or not you want to make an impression with large-scale artwork or furnishings, as well as considering any restrictions your client has about the design. -What are your needs? -How will you use the space?

-Do you want to make an impression with artwork or furnishings? -Are there any restrictions on the materials used for building? -Is it a private home, public business, or something in between like a restaurant that also functions as someone’s personal residence and is open to the public during certain hours of day (or week)?
