This is one of the harder ways to motivate yourself, but it’s the one that works the best. It takes some time to sit and list all of your goals, and then you just have to prioritize them and decide how you want them to be achieved.

The first thing you have to do is to make a list of all the things you want to achieve. You can start with your biggest goals, and then decide on how to achieve them. For example, if you want to get in shape, you can decide to get in shape by doing something that will get you in shape, or you can decide to do something that will get you in shape and then you can set a schedule and schedule the things you want to do to get you in shape.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
